How we get paid

Fee, commission or
a combination of the two?

The clients and customers we work with choose
to remunerate us for our services and advice by
way of a fee or commission or a combination of
the two. The basis for our remuneration is agreed
at the outset.

Med-Ed Risk & Reward

While we can arrange single or one-off transactions for private individuals, over the past ten years we have found that most want regular client updates and client reviews. We therefore established Med-Ex Risk & Reward in 2006 to meet this demand and as a result we have a bank of over 100 clients who pay a service or retainer fee based upon the level and frequency of information they want from us.

Med-Ex Customer

For those who do not want regular updates or guaranteed reviews, we created Med-Ex Customer. This is a tariff-based service the cost of which is dependant upon the amount of advice and information required. Our Tariff of Charges is available upon request.

Transactional Remuneration

Where advice and recommendations we provide lead to business being transacted then based upon the agreed method of remuneration, we may earn a commission or charge a fee or a combination. This must be agreed prior to any transactions being made and we will always disclose any potential commission beforehand too.
